SEXUAL ASSAULT IN THE CITY: WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO CHRIS NOTH?

If Chris Noth had not reluctantly agreed to appear in the SATC series And Just Like That, this sexual assault scandal probably would NEVER have come to light. Noth ONLY returned to the series because he liked the offer of a brief appearance and a spectacular ending for his character. The Peloton story turned out to be so hot that it brought back bad memories for two women, and they coincidentally brought their stories (over 10 years apart) to the Hollywood Reporter without knowing about each other. Both young vulnerable girls were enchanted by the popular mature actor who played Mr Big. As yet, the women have not filed charges with police or even mentioned lawsuits. They just wanted to tell their stories. Since Noth was married during the 2015 alleged assault, he must be in hot water with his wife. (and more women might come forward!)Just one episode into the series and And Just like That is getting an astonishing amount of publicity!

WILL MR BIG CRUSH CARRIE’S “HAPPILY EVER AFTER” DREAMS?

It’s a big day on the set of the SATC reboot And Just Like That because Mr Big, played so well by Chris Noth, is back, and he’s up to his old tricks. Sarah Jessica Parker and Chris were rehearsing lines on a New York street when this photo was taken, and both Carrie and Big look miserable. Before he and Carrie got married, Big often chose work over his private life, and Carrie felt neglected. Insiders are speculating about the storyline for the new series and rumor has it that Big is overworking his way toward a painful divorce. Another rumor has him dying of a heart attack in the first episode. Either way, Carrie would end up single again… maybe RICH and single…

Chris Noth Queen Latifah The Equalizer

THE EQUALIZER IS NOW A WOMAN

Here’s a reboot we might even watch. Queen Latifah and Chris Noth are back on the streets filming The Equalizer in New York. They’ve been shut down since March due to Covid. Latifah (real name Dana Owens) is both starring and executive producing. She plays Robyn McCall, a retired ex CIA agent (spy) who seems troubled by some past mis-deeds, and eases her conscience by helping people who have nowhere to turn to get justice. She has the connections and experience. (A man played the lead, Robert McCall, in the original successful series in the 80’s.) Having a female lead makes the whole premise more interesting, and Latifah makes it seem more fun. Above, Chris Noth plays her old friend and confidant.

CHRIS NOTH: WHEN “MR BIG” GOT TOO BIG FOR HIS BRITCHES

Nice to know that it wasn’t just the GIRLS on “Sex & the City” who had weight restrictions. Chris Noth, who played the highly desirable Mr Big on the series had a meeting with the director before they started filming the movie version of the show. Chris, who loves to eat, said the director pulled him aside and said “We’re not calling you Mr Big because of the size of your stomach – lose that before we start shooting!” (Above, Chris and his wife Tara Lynn Wilson)

Chris Noth’s life just keeps getting better. After playing Mr Big in “Sex & the City,” he moved on to costar with Julianna Margulies on “The Good Wife.” He and his fiancee Tara Lynn Wilson, own several businesses together and also have a son Orion, 2. The family took a low key New England vacation in the Berkshires in Massachusetts, and an eagle eyed photographer spotted them antique shopping.
