We were shocked to discover that Celebrity Rehab patient Tawny Kitaen’s exboyfriend Philip Cyburt , whom she accused of SWINDLING her out of three million dollars during their four year relationship, somehow weaseled his way into the Lehman Brothers investment firm as a CEO!
