Madonna has some hot competition at home when it comes to pin-ups- Lourdes Leon, 24, is cashing in on those inherited good looks and family fame. She’s about five inches taller than her famous mom and getting lots of modeling jobs. Among other things, she’s the face of Marc Jacobs’ Spring campaign.

You never know who’s going to sit next to you on the subway to Brooklyn. In this case, it’s a successful model in a colorful outfit slumped next to the exit. (We like that she’s obediently wearing her mask.) Lourdes Leon’s new ad campaign for Stella McCartney x Adidas just came out and she looks much different in the ad photos with all those braids. Her mother Madonna is only 5’2” (she claims 5’4,” but we’ve seen her close up) but lucky Lourdes got a little height from her 6’2” father Carlos, and she’s 5’7”.

No chance of Madonna being lonely over the holidays. She has a full house with her family alone. Everybody got together for Thanksgiving and Madonna posted this family portrait on Instagram. From left: Lourdes Leon, 24, (she inherited her mother’s eyebrows) finished her 4 years at the University of Michigan where she studied music and theater. She’s now modeling (Miu Miu, Stella McCartney etc) and looking for acting jobs in New York. Next to her is dapper David – he’s athletic and studies at a soccer academy in Portugal. The twins Estere and Stella are seven and they study piano and voice like their sister Mercy, 14, on far right. Rocco Ritchie (in a suit and tie) is 20, lives in London, and he’s studying fine arts at Central Saint Martins in London. Rocco turned out to be the fashionista in the family – loves to dress like a 1940’s gangster and has impressive style.

Madonna just posted this rather strange looking photo of herself debuting her new pink hair. Apparently she went through several shades of pink before she settled on the perfect tint. But WE are far more fascinated by her LIPS. Is the pink hair being used as a distraction from her apparently inflated lips? Actually her original lips were just fine…

Needless to say, we were startled by Madonna’s announcement that she is co-writing and will direct her own life story onscreen. (Elton John was satisfied with being a “consultant” on Rocketman!) Her co-writer is the Oscar winner Diablo Cody, so the untitled screenplay could be very interesting. She was inspired to do this because she heard a script about her life called Blond Ambition had been floating around Universal and was horrified (it was never produced.) Madonna insists “Nobody knows what I know and I have seen better than me!” The BIG question IS: WHO will Madonna cast as HERSELF? …Any suggestions?

Madonna was NOT about to be left out on Father’s Day! She wants the world to know she is the single mother of six kids. Her oldest, Lourdes Leon and Rocco Ritchie are off on their own, (probably with their dads) but she’s in charge of David, Mercy, Estere, and Stelle, and we hear that she’s a rigorous but caring mother. Love this photo with the kids crowded around, but we get a glimpse of mom’s fishnet clad legs…

Imagine everyone’s surprise when Madonna joined a Black Lives Matter protest in London, and she was ON CRUTCHES. (She’s been having knee and other problems since October) It wasn’t too rowdy – she had a couple of bodyguards, her kids, and her boyfriend marching by her side. Madonna shouted “NO JUSTICE – NO PEACE” as she hobbled along. Interesting that Madonna claims she “has antibodies” and doesn’t need a mask…

Madonna is still smarting because she had to cut short her concert tour due to the fact that she was in “indescribable pain.” Exactly WHAT was hurting her, she does not specify. Earlier, she admitted to a knee injury, but something else came up that made performing impossible. Like Tom Cruise, she flatly refuses to let an age–related condition slow her down. She posted a video of herself on Instagram dancing on one leg, but the interesting part is really the outfit she’s wearing…
Some sort of injury kept Madonna from performing the first night of her string of shows at the London Palladium, but she made up for it last night. Phones and smart watches were taken from all audience members when they arrived and sealed in pouches that they kept with them. On the way out they passed the pouch over a device and it opened. The crowd loved her and she looked happy on the way out. Above, she’s leaving the Palladium (with her young boyfriend right behind her) wearing a flashy Versace wrap coat with her Madame X logo on the back – her pricey version of a tour jacket, along with custom Nikes. An NO eyepatch for a change!

Right before Antonio Banderas got up to introduce his film Pain and Glory in Spain, he heard about his Oscar nomination, so he can’t help but smile in this photo. In an interview recently Antonio admitted that Madonna had hotly pursued him in the early 90’s, and we almost FORGOT about that interesting tidbit! In her Truth or Dare documentary Madonna moaned about her unrequited crush on Antonio. A few years later he was cast as her costar in Evita (coincidence? We think not) and she tried her best to steal him away from Melanie Griffith (Melanie claims Madonna had her banned from the set!) but she had no luck – Antonio and Melanie got married.
