Christmas carolers at The Grove discovered a celebrity in the hordes of Christmas shoppers – and they persuaded the exuberant Charo to sing along with them. Charo is the “cuchi cuchi” girl who appeared on just about every 70’s TV series (The Love Boat etc ) and talk show. In 2017 she competed on Dancing with the Stars. All these years and she never changed her hairstyle…
