If you’ve never heard of him it’s because he appeared on 4 episodes of “The Hills.” Paris is making an appearance for the upscale Samantha Thavesa handbag company in Japan, and she was given two first class tickets so she took Doug instead of an assistant. We’re betting that she will wangle an invitation to the “Twilight” premier there and try to get her paws on Robert Pattinson. She was all over Rob at an Oscar party and told friends she was obsessed with him. Get in line, Paris.
