A few days ago, clothing and other belongings were sitting out on the driveway of Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale’s Beverly Hills home. Now we know why. Most likely Gavin has moved out, since the couple announced their divorce yesterday. (Were Gwen’s daily visits to the acupuncturist another clue?) The family seemed happy in the 13 million dollar house once owned by Jennifer Lopez- it has tennis and basketball courts and an infinity pool and sits on two lush acres. It seems like it will be a civilized divorce – Gwen is the bigger breadwinner, but Gavin doesn’t expect alimony. Too bad- they were such an attractive rock n roll couple.

Juno star Ellen Page, 28, is a whole new person since she came out at an LGBT event last year. For years she was secretive, fearing that if she admitted she was gay it would ruin her career. When she finally got up the courage to acknowledge that she’s gay, her life changed for the better. The petite actress is keeping company with tall blonde actress/producer Samantha Thomas. They were photographed meandering around the East Village together.

Looks like Jane Fonda is more interested in her dog than she is her boyfriend! Jane and Richard Perry had a dinner date at Craig’s and Jane brought along her beloved dog Tulea. The pup was wearing a vest that indicates he is a “service dog” and can go places – like restaurants – that other dogs can’t. If you have the money, it’s not difficult to get a service dog vest whether it’s legitimate or not. This has a lot of dog owners riled up in LA, because it doesn’t seem fair. After dinner, Jane was so concerned about getting Tulea tucked into the car that she nearly forgot her boyfriend Richard.

Every once in awhile Mariah Carey makes a big fashion error – as is illustrated here. Her silver tank top is totally unflattering (especially on a hot day) and reminds one of a potato wrapped in foil. Apparently no one in her entourage wanted to be the one to tell her she didn’t look so hot. Fortunately, she was photographed shopping in Malibu so maybe she found something else to wear.

Guy Ritchie, 46, finally got over his marriage phobia when he tied the knot with model Jacqui Ainsley, 33, this weekend. Guy and Jacqui have been together for five years and they have three children. Despite the fact that they felt like “soulmates,” Guy was reluctant to make it legal. His eight year previous marriage to Madonna made him very cautious about taking that step again. Madonna was not easy to live with (remember all that Kabbalah? And all those food restrictions?) – and she nearly ruined his career. Madonna insisted on getting involved in his film-making and the results were disastrous and embarrassing. They were two smart people – just not meant for each other. LENA DUNHAM DONS A BIKINI FOR CHARITY

We thought Lena Dunham was brave when she wore that too-tight jogging outfit for “Girls,” but she topped herself when she turned up on the Hamptons beach in this teeny bikini. And her “cover-up” really doesn’t. She nonchalantly did several interviews on the sand. Let’s face it, more people look like Lena in a bikini than Jessica Alba. And Lena was there for a good reason – the Paddle for Pink charity event raising money for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. And that’s what really counts.

TOM CRUISE : DOES ANYONE CARE IF HE DID HIS OWN STUNTS?

Is anyone else sick to DEATH of hearing Tom Cruise brag about all the stunts HE supposedly performed in his new Mission Impossible movie? Tom seems determined to make himself look like some kind of brave HERO for all the foolhardy chances he took. Even his costars talk about Tom’s athletic feats when promoting the movie. What we’d like to know is, if these stunts were actually dangerous, why would the company insuring the expensive production ALLOW the essential leading man to actually risk life and limb? They not only FROWN on such behavior, they don’t ALLOW it. Did the church of Scientology pay for the insurance?

IRELAND BALDWIN: WAS IT SEX REHAB?

Model cousins Ireland Baldwin, 19, and Hailey Baldwin, 18, left their boyfriends behind to have breakfast in New York with Ireland’s dad (and Hailey’s uncle) Alec Baldwin and his family. They didn’t seem to mind the rain one bit. Ireland has been inseparable from her boyfriend Jon Kasik, 23, whom she met in rehab. (Not generally a good idea) Hailey has been playing cat and mouse with paparazzi with HER sometimes boyfriend Justin Bieber. Interesting angle: Ireland went into rehab in April for “emotional trauma” after a devastating split from her girlfriend of 10 months, Angel Haze, and she LEFT rehab with a new BOYfriend! Sounds like some kind of sexual preferance rehab!

But Lena insists she has a positive body image no matter what. Looks like she’s not kidding.

James Jagger landed a sweet role in the new HBO untitled “Rock n Roll Project” – it helps when your father Mick is one of the producers. Actually the New York born James, 29, has been modeling and acting for the last 8 or 9 years so he’s not without experience. The 6’1” Jagger (his mother is Jerry Hall) was photographed on the NY set and it looks like his character is stealing a guitar.
