DOES ROBERT PATTINSON LOOK MORE LIKE A JUNKIE, OR A SUPERHERO?

Comic book fansites have been discussing the possibility that Robert Pattinson FAKED having coronavirus because he’s clashing with his Batman director Matt Reeves. Reeves instructed Pattinson to work out before shooting started to build up some Batman muscle, and he didn’t. (Someone remarked that the Twilight star looks more like a junkie than a superhero) The director is afraid the stuntmen in Batman suits will look much bigger than Robert, so he supposedly closed down production so the actor had time to get in shape, and CLAIMED it was due to coronavirus. Pattinson STILL failed to beef up and now he and the director are at odds and the production schedule is a mess.

JOHNNY WEIR: THE GAY KIM K?

Olympic skater Johnny Weir is obsessed with flashing designer names and he’s especially fond of designer handbags. He proudly admits to having at least 40 Balenciaga bags, over a dozen Chanel bags, and a shocking, but undisclosed, number of pricey Hermes Birkin bags. Six years ago, when he divorced Victor Voronov, Johnny confessed that he cheated on his husband and Victor retaliated by defacing some of his Birkin bags. THAT put an end to the stormy marriage. Due to his handbag addiction, Johnny has been called “the gay Kim K” and he’s not at ALL insulted!

Coincidentally (or not) this SJP store is located in the former location of the Manolo Blahnik shoe store that Carrie Bradshaw frequently visited and gushed about on the show. TOM CRUISE CAN’T STOP TRYING TO PROVE HIS MASCULINITY

Seems like every movie that Tom Cruise, 58, makes lately is centered around his character performing extravagant – and potentially dangerous -stunts, while the plot takes a back seat to the action. It’s also interesting that so many of Tom’s stunts are filmed on accessible European streets and documented by paparazzi and passers-by. We are CONSTANTLY reminded of Tom’s audacity and physical skills. In fact, Tom’s stunts have become the most important part of his films. Who is he trying to impress? Is he validating the fact that he is a hot guy – or trying desperately to convince himself? Right now he’s careening through the streets of Rome in a car with no doors, filming Mission Impossible 7, apparently enjoying the attention.

BRITNEY SPEARS: I DO THINGS AROUND THE HOUSE

Britney Spears, 38, posted this photo of herself in a plaid shirt and glasses and she explained “I want to show what I look like on a daily basis.” When asked about the ladder, she explained “I was trying to fix a light- but realized I was too short!” She DOES look like a normal girl- just in a big house. Did you know Britney pays her ex-husband Kevin $60,000 a month because he has 70% custody of their two sons Sean, 14, and Jayden, 13? JIM CARREY: TOTALLY MISCAST AS JOE BIDEN

We eagerly anticipated the return of Saturday Night Live for this new season – Chris Rock seemed like the perfect host (It’s hard to top Eddie Murphy from last year before the pandemic) with the added bonus of Jim Carrey playing Joe Biden. But what happened? Alec Baldwin carried on as his usual Trump – but Carrey’s inappropriate mugging was totally off the charts. (And not that funny!) Biden is HARDLY the frenetic, tooth flashing character that Carrey played. Joe is calm and subtle – everything Jim Carrey is NOT. Carrey’s exaggerated Fire Marshall Bill kept popping up in the impersonation. Since Jim (as Biden) is set for SNL for the rest of the season, we hope he can tone it down – and punch up the script to make it funnier.

IS NO-MASK KANYE WEST SENDING A MESSAGE TO DONALD TRUMP?

Kanye West looked relaxed and happy when he had lunch at Nobu with male friends this weekend and the outing was significant for two reasons. First of all, he was the ONLY person NOT wearing a mask. His friends were all masked. Was Kanye trying to appear macho, or sending a message to his pal Donald Trump? If so, what would that message BE? Also interesting is the fact that Kanye has not been seen at this restaurant with his family lately, although it is a favorite of theirs. Does his family agree with his no-mask policy?
