As we have reminded you, we had the worldwide scoop on her baby news and now we have another and can exclusively reveal that Megan is having a GIRL. Megan already has three sons with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green, and although their now 12-year-old Noah reportedly identifies as a girl and frequently wears dresses, this baby will be Megan’s first biological daughter. My source says she is beyond thrilled since she always wanted a daughter.
