Dakota Johnson and Chris Martin made headlines this week when it was revealed first by People magazine that the longtime couple had broken up for good, ending their engagement.  Here’s what we know. Although they have been on and off for awhile, which my source attributes to growing pains, this time it really does seem to be final –  and here’s why. Every other time the couple temporarily split, Dakota held on to the engagement ring that Chris gave her, but this time she gave it back to him! That alone speaks volumes.

The Diddy trial continues and still generating headlines.  Our source behind the scenes tells us that behind very closed doors negotiations continue and a plea deal could actually be reached before the defense even begins to make their side of the case.  The deal, far from a sure thing, includes some prison time and a Federal facility as well as a HEFTY fine.

The Beckhams feud with their son Brooklyn is getting hotter by the moment.  My source says that Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz are actually contemplating dropping Beckham from their already hyphenated last name.  When they married,  their last name became Peltz-Beckham.  Would Brooklyn actually drop his family’s last name in favor of Peltz?  (Remember, the incredibly wealthy Peltzs’ are now supporting Brooklyn) My source says that the paperwork is already drawn up but nothing has been filed yet, but it seems to be headed in that direction.

Armie Hammer made the news when his ex-wife, Elizabeth Chambers posted photos of them together celebrating their son Ford graduating the first grade (apparently that’s a thing now).  Here’s what we know. The couple, who went through a very nasty divorce, are now wonderful friends. They’re so close that Armie has even stayed at Elizabeth‘s house on occasion. But before you get the wrong idea, there’s no chance of a reconciliation. Elizabeth has a 24-year-old boyfriend and my source says Armie has been spotted all around town with a gorgeous model type, who seems to be his girlfriend.

Sarah Jessica Parker and her girls from the Sex and the City spin off, And Just Like That, made the news when their third season dropped this past week on Max.  Although nothing has been confirmed, we are hearing that the third time might NOT be the charm, and this could be the last season of the show. Although it attracted enough viewers, it’s not pulling in such a large audience and the cast pretty much feel it’s getting stale.  Nothing’s been decided yet, and SJP has the final say, but as of now it looks like this could be it.

Kylie Jenner and Timothee Chalamet made the news for appearing courtside together and a few NY Knicks playoff games.  We know this.  Although Kylie wasn’t the good luck charm Timothee hoped for, (his team LOST the series to the Indiana Pacers) she made it up to him by arranging for him to play a game of hoops later this summer with some of the team’s all-star players!
