Roomates

NEWLY SINGLE JENNIFER LOPEZ AND LEAH REMINI JOIN FORCES

Although this sounds like the plot of a sitcom, it’s real life. Best friends, both in their mid 50s, wind up single within weeks of one another, so they decide to become roommates as they try to pick up the pieces of their lives and navigate the dating scene and menopause. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out we are referring to Jennifer Lopez and Leah Remini! The gals have decided to become roommates until they both find new places to live. Jennifer listed her mansion above Beverly Hills while Leah recently sold her Studio City compound for just under $10 million. According to my source, the girls think it will be fun to have each other to commiserate with – now that they’re both single and middle-aged. They’re looking for a rental property to share in Hidden Hills and Thousand Oaks, California.

ANDERSON COOPER AND ANDY COHEN: ALMOST ROOMMATES

Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen have been friends for ages, but now they could become roommates. The guys call NYC home, but both spend enough time in Los Angeles for work and social commitments that they’ve started looking at a place to buy together. Anderson and Andy are looking at large condominiums in the West Hollywood and Beverly Hills area. They want a place where they can come and go without worrying about anything, so a doorman is on their list of requirements. They’d rarely if ever be there at the same time, but nonetheless want at least 3 bedrooms, one for each of them and a kids room for their children. In case you were curious- money doesn’t seem to be much of an issue as they’re looking in the $5 million and above category.
