THE DAY EVA LARUE WAS ESCORTED OUT OF SAKS FIFTH AVENUE
When CSI: Miami’s Eva LaRue walked into Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills, she noticed some paparazzi lurking outside. She figured someone like Paris Hilton was inside shopping. Eva browsed in the shoe department and drifted over to handbags where she found just what she wanted. She bought a purse and was headed back to shoes when a man in a suit introduced himself as store security. He explained “Photographers are following you all over, outside the store windows and using telephoto lenses. It’s created a commotion in the shoe department and customers are disturbed and complaining. Can I escort you to your car?” Eva was perplexed, but the man was polite and she cooperated by leaving – WITHOUT getting the shoes she wanted. It sounds odd, but she was sort of KICKED OUT of Saks. Her PR confirmed the story.
