One last 2011 Oscar comment: As usual, Helena Bonham Carter lived up to our fashion expectations. She often wears Vivienne Westwood, but on this night she chose a steampunk inspired outfit by “Alice in Wonderland” costume designer Colleen Atwood who won an Oscar for the movie. The Victorian corset and bustle ensemble’s exquisite detailing was a bit difficult to see because it’s black. Her fan handbag adds an appropriate subtle touch.
