Aaron Taylor-Johnson

AARON TAYLOR-JOHNSON COULD FILL ELVIS’S BLUE SUEDE SHOES – OR NOT

Young actors in Hollywood with a “certain look” are panting to get a chance to audition to play Elvis Presley in Baz Luhrmann’s upcoming Elvis film. Tom Hanks has already been cast as Elvis’s manager Colonel Parker – we didn’t realize the entrepreneurial Dutch-born Parker started out as a carnival barker. Of all the young actors under consideration, we think Aaron Taylor-Johnson would make a great Elvis. (He was the sexy hillbilly in Nocturnal Animals) But we might be in for a surprise – Luhrmann really wants to hire a “new face” for the important role. Could be a life-changer…

KEEPING UP WITH THE TAYLOR-JOHNSONS

Love this couple. Photographer/director Sam Taylor-Johnson and her husband actor Aaron Taylor-Johnson have been happily married for eight years despite their 23 year age difference. Actually, they fell in love when he was 18 and she was 42! They have two young daughters and are writing a screenplay together. Sam directed the FIRST “Fifty Shades of Grey” movie but couldn’t get along with the book author who had different ideas, so 2 and 3 had a different director. If you saw Tom “the woman hater” Ford’s movie Nocturnal Animals you remember Aaron played the sinister but sexy hillbilly killer. (And he’s English!)

AARON TAYLOR JOHNSON IS A FATAL ATTRACTION

Leave it to a Brit to knock it out of the park playing a Texas psychopath. Aaron Taylor-Johnson is one of the main reasons to see Tom “the woman hater” Ford’s engrossing movie Nocturnal Animals. Aaron’s portrayal of the sexy violent hustler in a pickup truck is stupefying. We imagine he’s a dreamboat for many gay men because his character is not only ignorant but slyly threatening and impossibly attractive. Watch out, Tom Hardy – you’ve got competition. It doesn’t hurt that Aaron is married to 23 years older director Sam Taylor-Johnson and they have two little girls that he helped deliver.
