Alec Baldwin’s criminal days are behind him after a judge in New Mexico tossed out his case and ruled it cannot be tried again, but that doesn’t mean he’s seen the last of a courtroom. Not only is Alec facing a civil trial, but he’s also been told to expect a subpoena in the case of Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the armorer who was convicted in her case regarding the same shooting on the set of their movie Rust. If a judge doesn’t toss out Hannah’s conviction it will be appealed and Alec will be forced to testify. Although he’s eager to put the entire tragedy behind him and working to settle the civil case, he won’t be able to worm his way out of being a witness if Hannah’s conviction is appealed in court.
