It’s the opening night of the Cannes Film Festival and celebrities in exquisite gowns had to dodge a few raindrops. But rain wasn’t Julianne Moore’s biggest problem- her tootsies were squealing for mercy in those ill fitting strappy high heels. We had to laugh at the close-up of her feet in this photo.

You would think at her age she would know what type of shoe works for her foot. Those strappy ones are made for long slender feet that have long slender toes. She has what is called the peeper toe going. Happens alot!
