Paparazzi will not be thrilled to learn that Britney Spears is said to have purchased a new 29 million dollar home in Hidden Hills with incredible privacy. The 29 million dollar mansion has 10 bedrooms, 12 baths, and features a BALLROOM, while the meandering 3 acre property has multiple hot tubs and waterfalls. But we think the feature that MOST appeals to Britney is the fact that it is within a private gated village with it’s own supermarket, restaurants, and of course, STARBUCKS. No more coffee schlepping photos!

The home was originally listed for $18.9 million and then reduced to $12.9 million.
Also, a lease for $25,000 per month was recently signed.

Judging from the photos, the new home is a Disneyesque hot mess. Her father as conservator would have to sign off on it, and I can’t see him okaying a $30MM OR even a $13MM sale when Britney hasn’t yet managed to unload her last real estate folly despite trying for years and multiple price adjustments.
I thought the person with her (in the photo) was a blonde headed man until I saw the purse. Gee, there is someone out there that takes a worse photo than me.
Britney looks great in this picture – what a nice surprise: cool coat, nice jeans,love the boots and the top is a good colour on her.
