Everybody makes a mistake once in awhile- but this person is usually King AND Queen on the red carpet! It’s singer/actor Billy Porter, of course, and who can forget his black velvet tuxedo gown designed by Christian Siriano at the 2019 Oscars? Billy has a big personality and when he arrives on a red carpet everything comes to a standstill.
