WOODY ALLEN DOESN’T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF
Soon-Yi Previn is in New York and looks a little annoyed that her car service hasn’t appeared, but her husband Woody >Allen is more amused at the glitch. Woody’s new film, Irrational Man, stars Joaquin Phoenix as a philosophy professor who creates a stir when he arrives at a small Eastern college. He’s in a state of depression despite attention from a female professor (Parker Posey) and a cute student (Emma Stone.) Ultimately there is a murder involved and that makes the light romance far more interesting.
