TERRY AND HEATHER DUBROW: FOR THE LOVE OF REAL ESTATE
Well that was fast. Reality stars Heather and Terry Dubrow made news when they sold their Newport Beach home for $55 million and moved into a penthouse in LA’s star studded building, the Century. Well now it turns out the Real Housewife of Orange County and her Botched doctor husband have NO plans to leave Orange County, like everyone assumes. The couple purchased the LA penthouse as part of a 1031 exchange, a tax code that lowers ones taxes after selling a property if another property is purchased within a short amount of time. It’s just an investment. Heather and Terry have been trying to lease their LA penthouse for $75,000 a month,(see link below) and they are leasing a house in OC until they find a home they want to buy.
