The MTV Video Music Awards are always a colorful and amusing night for all – and there’s often at least ONE new performer that arouses curiosity. We had never heard of Sombr and were fascinated by his lanky appearance. He has a pretty face, but he’s VERY tall and enviably slim. It turns out his height and weight have caused considerable discussion online, with no definite answers. His lips are sealed. As of now, he is believed to be 6’7″ tall and weigh 120 pounds! A startling combination that makes this 20 year old guy even more fascinating…can’t help wondering… what size shoe does he wear?

could be marfan syndrome another sign is extra long arms so that if they stand against the wall and put their arms out to the side at shoulder height the mesurement from fingertip to finger tip is longer than their height

Could be Marfan syndrome, a rare genetic disease that Abraham Lincoln reportedly had. Here are some visible signs:
Tall, thin body.
Long legs, arms and fingers.
Sunken (or protruding) chest.
Crowded teeth (caused by a high-arched palate).
Flat feet.
Flexible joints.
Stretch marks on skin, unrelated to weight fluctuations.
Curved spine.
Elongated face.
