Nicole Kidman is looking particularly gorgeous here as she films the HBO limited series The Undoing with Hugh Grant. We are really looking forward to this story because it’s about a WOMAN with problems. Nicole plays a successful therapist in NYC with a devoted oncologist husband and a young son – she has a perfect life. Suddenly, violent things happen and her husband disappears. She is horrified by shocking revelations when her missing husband’s past is scrutinized. Nicole’s character is upset by the clues she missed, and she is forced to start a whole new life. Kidman is producing and it will be directed by a woman!

Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson is 13 and a teenager now, and seems to be headed toward a career on reality TV. Alana and her Mama June were breakout stars on Toddlers & Tiaras and quickly got their own series, Here Comes Honey Boo Boo. The show was a big success from 2012 to 2014, but it was cancelled when it leaked out that her mother was dating a child molester. Alana was a hit on the junior version of Dancing with the Stars and Bridezillas invited her to appear on camera at a recent New York event. Will Celebrity Big Brother be in her future?

It was a HUGE disappointment to learn that Felicity Huffman and William H Macy are involved in the college admissions cheating scheme because they always seemed like such an earnest couple. We can understand wealthy parents making large contributions to a college to get their child enrolled, But CHEATING on SAT tests is unforgivable! That is BY FAR the worst part of this bribery scandal. Hardworking non-wealthy students prepare and study endlessly for these challenging tests. WHAT are parents who BUY high test scores teaching their kids? Are these SAT cheating kids even likely to earn the grades to graduate? BUYING SAT scores is no substitute for tutoring and good upbringing.

It’s been apparent for some time that Justin Bieber is very unhappy and he admits he is feeling “depressed and disconnected.” He actually implored his fans to pray for him because he feels God and his church will pull him through this bad time. In fact, his God is not going to rescue him and hopefully Justin’s Pastor is not the only person treating him. A licensed therapist will give him better direction. Justin has said he thinks that his fame and success caused his mental problems, but actually it’s how he DEALS with fame that matters. (Keep in mind that being poor and unknown is even MORE depressing!) Depression can happen to anyone, and it cannot be prayed away – professional help is needed.

We can’t remember the last time we saw Angelina Jolie wear anything but black, and she looks very glamorous and happy at the Hollywood premier of Dumbo. She made quite an entrance in her pale chiffon gown on the red carpet with her four youngest kids. Angelina must be quite happy with Disney – they produced her 2014 movie Maleficent and the sequel Maleficent: Mistress of Evil coming up this year. Every time we see Angelina and the kids on a red carpet we can’t help thinking she’s sending some kind of message to Brad Pitt…

Tabloids are keeping a VERY close eye on Justin Theroux because they are frantic to catch him dating someone – preferably a sexy young actress like Selena Gomez (those rumors already circulated and died.) The tabs don’t really care much about Justin himself, but they are DYING to write stories about “Heartbroken Jennifer Aniston” because she REALLY sells magazines. Every time she breaks up with a guy, Jennifer has to endure those fake “pity” stories- even if SHE dumped HIM! Actually she’s living a great life without Justin, and she’s one of the luckiest and happiest women in Hollywood.

For a guy who’s not exactly popular OR delicious to look at, Mel Gibson, 62, is lucky to always have a pretty – and YOUNG – woman by his side. He’s spent the last four years with champion equestrian vaulter (described as “gymnastics on horseback”) Rosalind Ross, and they have a two year old son Lars, together (Catholic Mel’s ninth child and her first.) When questioned about their 35 year age difference, Mel shrugged “She is an adult and we dig each other.”

That woman with the luggage has NO idea that she’s walking past a celebrity crossing the street in Manhattan. Ray Donovan star Liev Schreiber, 51, took his sons, his girlfriend Taylor Neisen, 26, and his dog, to the park for some basketball and skateboarding. Last night on SNL, Pete Davidson acknowledged the 20 year age difference between him and girlfriend Kate Beckinsale, and he called out a long list of celebrities in the same situation, but he forgot to name Liev Schreiber!

To be honest, we were surprised that Jan Michael Vincent lived as long as he did, considering how crazed from alcohol and drugs he was. In the early 80’s, Jan sometimes turned up at Joe Allen’s restaurant – a hangout for actors, and he was always loaded. We remember one night we encountered him (he was still handsome) leaning against the wall in the hallway leading to the bathrooms. Girl-fans were trying to flirt and chat but he staggered and slowly slid down the wall to the floor in a heap. He had to be helped out. We only recall seeing one other famous actor so out of his mind in public: Mel Gibson. We were in an after-hours LA club (80’s) and a very drunk but cute Mel, was bouncing around the dance floor with many females in hot pursuit. One after another, these predatory girls took him outside to their cars for “private time” with him. He staggered back looking a mess with lipstick on his face. They also passed him around like a toy for kisses on the dancefloor. Worse things can happen…
