These Hollywood A-listers have been together forever, and while neither is a stranger to plastic surgery, their latest his and hers nips and tucks are certainly unique. The dynamic duo recently had some intimate surgery at the same time so they could recuperate together – she had a vaginal rejuvenation and he had a scrotum lift! Apparently this isn’t the first time they’ve gone under the knife at the same time and among other things like Botox and injectables, they’ve had eye lifts together as well. Despite being well into their golden years, they still enjoy an active sex life and decided to get their private parts in shape!

TRAVIS KELCE: SUFFERING FROM JET LAG?

When it comes to some diehard Kansas City Chiefs fans, the bloom is off the rose for their star player, Travis Kelce’s blossoming romance with Taylor Swift. Travis didn’t have his best game last night when his team lost to the Philadelphia Eagles – he fumbled the ball on an important play that could’ve won the game. Now some team management are worried that Travis‘s recent trip to join Taylor in South America took him away from practice so he wasn’t playing his best game. Behind closed doors today, some members of the Kansas City Chiefs met to discuss the situation. While they’re over the moon happy with the attention the romance is bringing to the team and the sport in general, they’re delicately trying to find out a way to let Travis know he must focus MORE on the games and practice, and LESS on international trysts with Taylor…

Madonna is spending her nights in Paris onstage dressed in incredible fashions created by famous designers, looking spectacular for her Celebration performances. But she’s saving the glamour for the stage. Coming and going to the venue, she is understated, to say the least. She’s wearing a plaid flannel shirt with no-nonsense Birkenstock sandals and socks, along with her usual braids. Maybe her feet need some pampering. WILL RIHANNA STAND BY HER MAN?

Rihanna’s future with her babies daddy A$AP Rocky is being TESTED, now that he’s looking at serious jail time after being charged with two counts of first degree assault with a firearm. According to an insider, Rihanna recently POSTPONED her secret wedding plans, confiding to a friend that she wants to wait until Rocky’s legal troubles are behind him. After today’s ruling where a judge decided there was enough evidence against Rocky to proceed with a trial, it seems that Rihanna is questioning the relationship. “Rihanna’s image isn’t that of a bad girl so she doesn’t want a husband behind bars,” our source explained. She just paused plans for her spring 2024 wedding explaining that everything is on an indefinite hold. My source predicts Rihanna will wait to see how Rocky’s trial turns out – if he’s acquitted, she’ll go ahead with the wedding, but if he’s CONVICTED, she’ll end things and not stand by her man.

GEORGE SANTOS PLANS TO ENJOY HIS BAD REPUTATION AND OPEN A GAY BAR!

Now that the House Ethics Committee has released a scathing report on disgraced Republican Congressman George Santos, my DC source says if George gets booted out of Congress, he’s planning to move to West Hollywood, California, and open up a GAY BAR! As we previously reported, George is working on his memoir and dreams of appearing on Dancing With The Stars, because he’s been bitten by the FAME bug. He feels he will have more opportunities in California and is already working with a realtor searching for available commercials spaces zoned for alcohol sales. George feels he should cash in on the curiosity factor of his newfound notoriety and opening a gay bar will draw big crowds.

SORRY JESSICA ALVES, YOU DO NOT NOT LOOK LIKE BARBIE

Up until 2019, Brazilian Rodrigo Alves had dozens of painful plastic surgeries to look like the perfect Ken Doll- including bicep and six-pack enhancement. After all that, he decided he’d rather be the perfect Barbie doll, and had the male surgeries reversed and started transitioning into a “woman.” Can you imagine having your adams apple removed? CHRIS APPLETON LEARNED HIS LESSON: PRE-NUP IS NOT ENOUGH

We were the first to tell you about Chris Appleton and Lukas Gage having marital problems, and now that they’re officially splitting up, we will be the first to tell you the break up might not be as clean as Chris expected. Although they have a prenuptial agreement already in place, one thing that it doesn’t cover is an NDA. Chris does a lot of celebrity hair, with Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Lopez being two of his biggest clients. Lukas hung out with almost all of Chris’s celebrity clients, so now Chris wants to make sure their secrets are safe. My source says that Chris plans on being nice and generous in the split if Lukas signs a non-disclosure agreement covering all of Chris’ celebrity clients as part of a compensation package. It seems Lukas can be somewhat of a loose cannon, and Chris doesn’t want to risk alienating any of his A-list friends and clients, so THAT’S why he’s willing to part with more cash.

TAYLOR SWIFT HAS A BIG SURPRISE FOR HER AND TRAVIS’S MOMS

Taylor Swift is known for her friendship bracelets but now she’s elevated that cute gesture. Taylor’s mom Andrea is set to meet her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s mom Donna this Monday. According to my source, Taylor has a special SURPRISE planned for the moms: matching diamond bracelets! Taylor shelled out $58,000 each (that’s a total of $116,000 plus tax) for two matching 18k Cartier Love bracelets each dripping with 216 diamonds! Considering Taylor has just reached BILLIONAIRE status, that’s a drop in the bucket, but nonetheless a huge gesture -considering the romance is relatively new. My source suspects that 34-year-old Taylor is ready to settle down and it looks like Travis might just be the one who snags her -but only time will tell.

DONALD TRUMP NEEDS TIME FOR PLASTIC SURGERY

Donald Trump is NOT happy. His seemingly never ending court cases have drained him of time he wanted to devote to something else. No, not his campaign for President, Donald wants to have plastic surgery! According to an insider, Donald fears he’s looking old so he planned to have the ginormous bags under his eyes minimized by undergoing a partial facelift. Between campaigning for President and appearing in court, he can’t find the time to block out for surgery and recovery. He’s been trying to camouflage his bags with concealer but it’s not really working. My source says he’s hoping to have surgery as soon as there’s a break in his schedule – most likely over the holidays or early next year.
