John Travolta is probably quite grateful for the SAG/AFTRA strike happening now, because he won’t be permitted to publicize his new movie Mob Land. According to Roger Friedman, the film is a disaster – it earned less that $200 in the UK, and has a Rotten Tomatoes score of 43%. As of August 4, you can rent the film on Amazon. Travolta has been cranking out these B-minus movies for quite awhile now, so they must be financially lucrative. He plays an earnest sheriff in a small town dealing with a drug infestation.
