Machine Gun Kelly isn’t the only person Megan Fox  and Dakota Johnson have in common – they also share some of the same glam squad  –  including a top rated Beverly Hills plastic surgeon!  According to my source, Megan and Dakota go to the same doc to stay looking fresh with non-surgical procedures , and they recently came close to running into one another in the waiting room!  Luckily a quick thinking receptionist noticed the potentially awkward scheduling scenario and changed one of the gals appointments to a few hours later to avoid an encounter.  Another source adds that Megan is over MGK , but a little annoyed that he seems to have rebounded so quickly with the 50 Shades actress.
