It appears that when Justin and Hailey Bieber are at home in New York getting dressed for an evening out – they do not consult one another on what to wear. Hailey is dressed UP in a sexy red silky dress and Justin is clad in the usual oversized hoodie and baggy pants. We can’t remember the last time we saw Justin actually dressed up. Apparently his facial hair is making him look very ordinary and unrecognizable , so he can move around the city without being recognized.
