Donald Trump isn’t one for following rules, and in this case we might agree with him. Protocol states that a person must be deceased a minimum of three years before they can be honored with a US postal stamp , but Donald is determined to change that and put the late great Dolly Parton on a stamp while he’s still in office. Donald will be long gone from the White House before Dolly can qualify the the honor of being featured on a stamp, but Donald is desperate for anything to improve his historically low approval ratings – and let’s face it – who doesn’t love Dolly! Donald is working behind the scenes and planning an executive order to get Dolly memorialized ASAP – it could happen before the end of the year.
