Former Jane’s Addiction guitarist Dave Navarro, 49, is still a hot commodity – it helps that he spends two hours a day in the gym. Today he was seen outside Equinox chatting up a girl half his age. He seems to make more TV appearances on reality shows like Ink Master than he plays music these days. Newcomers at Equinox are often a little star-struck to see Dave at the mirror in the men’s locker room applying eyeliner.

Looks like Dave is a better guitar player than he is a real estate investor. He recently put his 1570 sq ft heavily decorated Hollywood and Vine loft on sale for $899,000. Perhaps the best feature is the view of the Capitol Records building. The doorman building was a converted department store built in the 1920’s. Dave had the large space custom built and decorated to his taste. Furniture, including his white patent leather upholstered bed is available for purchase. He bought the bare bones place back in 2007 for 1.4 million so it’s quite a bargain. Keep in mind it’s walking distance to hot clubs and restaurants on Hollywood Boulevard.

If you recall, it was last Christmas when Charlie Sheen put a knife to his wife Brooke Mueller’s throat and that was just the beginning. Restraining orders, dramatic accusations, and reconciliations followed, as details of their twisted drug-fueled marriage were revealed. Both Charlie and Brooke ended up in rehab with their habits exposed. This weekend the not-so-clean Brooke is back at the scene of the crime in Aspen, and she was seen smooching in the snowy street with Dave Navarro, after picking him up at Nobu, according to TMZ. If you think Charlie Sheen is somewhere behaving, you couldn’t be more off base. In fact Charlie is currently in LA and up to hijinks that top last year’s scandal. If you thought Charlie could no longer surprise you, brace yourself.
Tila Tequila is usually quite predictable and not all that interesting, but two new elements in her life have aroused our curiosity. Apparently she is hot and heavy with a guy as opposed to a girl – and he happens to be Dave Navarro. What’s more, she’s driving a new Lamborghini. Whether these situations are related is not known, but for some reason we WERE surprised by the Navarro connection. They’ve been seen out together several times and she was photographed leaving his apartment.

Dave Navarro and his Polish-born model/actress girlfriend Izabella Miko got dressed up for a night at Playhouse in Hollywood. Izabella, whose knees appear to be blushing, appears as the Greek warrior goddess Athena in the remake of “Clash of the Titans” with Sam Worthington, coming out in March.

On Friday Dave Navarro and his “Miss Hawaiian Tropic USA” winning girlfriend Nicole Bennett hopped a Southwest flight at Burbank to Las Vegas. Nicole is reportedly not as tan as she was when she won the title. “They are a cute couple” remarked another flier. They were in a good mood and signed autographs and posed for photos with fans. Dave said they were going to DJ AM’s huge opening of LAX at the Luxor, that Britney hosted. 50 Cent, Mike Tyson and John Stamos also flew to LV on different flights, presumably headed for the same event.
