Adele posted a LONG message for her followers before this weekend’s opening performance in Las Vegas. She admitted she has NEVER been more nervous before showtime during her career. Almost a year ago she postponed this Las Vegas residency at the LAST minute, with lame excuses about set decor etc. In actuality, it was the absence of her American boyfriend Rich Paul that most likely caused her to cancel. She admits to being obsessed with Rich – says she has “never been in love like this.” Rich IS with Adele for this opening weekend, but will he be there for the rest of the run? Adele has already spent half a million dollars on air purification machines for her dressing room and the stage to pamper her voice. But will the boyfriend, who has a job of his own, be THERE for her as much as she needs him?

You make it sound like a SINGER (upon whom 100s of people depend for their income) taking precautions to protect her SINGING voice is unnecessarily ‘pampering’ herself?! Your bias is showing.

Rich knows where the money is, he will make himself available. I agree what a depressing concert it would be.
Sad that she is so obsessed with him, not a healthy relationship. Neediness is not an attractive quality and Rich Paul does have his own career. I hope she gets some confidence to become more self sufficient or she WILL be alone.
