Ben Affleck knows a thing or two about the struggle to stay sober, so that may just explain why he wants to turn the nearly $61 million mansion he and his ex-wife, Jennifer Lopez, still own into the world’s most exclusive rehab!  The private estate boasts 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms and all the bells and whistles one would expect at that hefty price, but it’s been on and off the market since the couple split.  Instead of selling for a major loss, Ben feels it would be perfect as an inpatient rehab for the world’s wealthiest addicts.  Even better, the home has its own guard gate and sits on over 5 acres of plush landscaping so there are no close neighbors to catch sight of the patients.  Ben has met with a sobriety expert and is working on a business model with a preliminary estimate of charging $250,000 per month per patient. (?) Needless to say, this is only for the richest of the rich who want to overcome any addiction issues. Jennifer isn’t completely sold on the idea,  but at this point if Ben’s plan can make a profit, she’s likely to go for it.
