Melania Trump is working on her next chapter of life once her husband Donald is no longer president. The First Lady recently announced she launched her own film production company, Muse Films, and her first release is a movie aptly titled, Melania (we’re not sure this is going to be a blockbuster, but we certainly can’t wait to see the trailer). That being said, Melania has decided she wants to become a full time producer, director, and actress, so that explains why she’s quietly looking at real estate in the Beverly Hills and Bel Air areas of Los Angeles . Since her every move as First Lady is pretty much covered in the media, Melania is doing her house hunting the modern way – via FaceTime. Her budget somewhere in the $30 million range. We can’t help but wonder how long her marriage will last…

Yes, she is trying to figure out what to do once Donald’s dementia fully sets in. He’s on an IV medication to stave off the symptoms of dementia. That’s why he has the bruising on his hand and why he needs an MRI twice a year.
She doesn’t mind if the pressures of being a world leader significantly advance his physical aging.

I can’t imagine that anyone in Hollywood will embrace her with the exception of Scott Baio. Plus, living in LA seems to be completely out of Melania’s comfort zone. I see her staying in NYC and maybe getting a place in London or Paris. But LA? No way.
