Since her post Olympic gig of Stars on Ice has ended, gold medalist Alysa Liu is trading some of her time on the ice for time in front of the camera. The champion figure skater is working on a pilot talk show for MTV! According to my source, the once dominant music network is trying to attract more viewers , and they feel a talk show geared toward the Gen Z audience would be a huge success . Of course, no one better represents that group than Alysa , with her striped hair, piercings, and “girls just wanna have fun” winning attitude. Her tour on ice recently wrapped , so now Alysa is working with executives on what her age group would like to see in a show, with a pilot scheduled to be filmed before the end of summer.
