Janet Charlton's HOLLYWOOD

WORST: Katy Perry should FIRE her stylist or whatever designer put her in this get-up. Not only is it sadly reminiscent of a tacky Victoria’s Secret angel costume, but it’s downright unflattering to the max. And we’re betting Katy took up more room than any other person at the party. SOMEBODY had to be Worst Dressed and Katy was winner by a mile.

BEST: There were lots of creative and glamorous gowns (except Rihanna – ditch that Pope hat!) but we fell in love with the simplicity and power of Zendaya’s Joan of Arc look. It almost looks like it’s made of metal and radiates with female power – but not hyper-sexuality. The 21 year old singer/actress (and former Disney star) just oozes female superiority.
