What’s interesting about this photo is first of all, Shameless star William H Macy, 65, took his daughter Sophia, 15, shopping at The Grove and he is NOT a divorced father – he is still married to her mom Felicity Huffman. (for 18 years!) The Grove is generally loaded with single fathers trying to entertain their kids on the day they have custody. Second interesting feature: teenage Sophia has her face buried in a BOOK, not a phone! How often do you see that!

He’s not the wife beater is he? I remember reading a blind item a few years ago about a celebrity couple and the husband was a wife beater. He and his wife were one of the guesses but never knew who it really was.

Bill Macy is such a phenomenal actor–he can play absolutely anything. I absolutely loved him in “Shameless.” Anyone know whether that show will be coming back for another season or two?
I saw the same thing about Macy and Huffman, the guess, that is.
She doesn’t seem the type to take abuse, hopefully.
Bluejay— I thought the same thing based on the strong characters she has played and she has a determined personality when being interviewed.
However, she does not ever act like that when she is with her husband and being interviewed or if a comment is thrown in their direction. She is very humble & meek and quiet even. Plus, she can’t quit talking her husband up and thanking her husband for his input or his opinion or……blah blah blah….
