Justin Bieber has more tattoos than he can count, but his wife Hailey Bieber recently VETOED one he was hoping to get. Most of Justin’s torso is covered in ink and he has a few tattoos on his neck, so it wasn’t much of a surprise when he started planning to get a new tattoo on his face. He hoped to debut his new look at his Coachella gig. Luckily, Hailey caught wind of the plan, and immediately laid down the law, prohibiting him from touching his face. My source says Hailey tolerates his skin art, but draws the line on facial tattoos.
