Tori Spelling turned up at the iHeart Radio Music Awards in Hollywood dressed like THIS. It appears she couldn’t decide whether to go black tie or casual, so she did both. At least the sneakers are comfortable – the waist cincher not so much. She obviously wanted a lot of attention – and she got it….What do you think?
