Tori Spelling was recently photographed outside of a budget motel in a less than glamorous part of Los Angeles, where she has apparently been staying since splitting from her husband, Dean McDermott. Some people close to Tori suspect the entire thing was a ploy to guilt her mom Candy into opening her change purse! Although Tori has pled poverty in her past, the insider says that’s it’s highly unlikely Tori and her 5 kids actually stayed at the modest property. Even more suspicious, paparazzi don’t stake out those types of motels expecting to find celebrities. “The entire thing reeks of one of Tori’s tricks to embarrass her mom to give her more cash,” the insider told me. “Plus she likely got paid for tipping off the photographer, so after the photos were taken, she probably left and checked into somewhere more comfortable.”

She seems to be a complete whack job
Candy Spelling has more than enough money to share with her daughter and her grandchildren. Candy could have so easily made up for her husband’s malfeasance and she didn’t. I see Candy as the whack job and a cruel one at that.
