Timothee Chalamet is on the hunt – for his own pad near the beach.  Although his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, has a modern house in one of the best parts of Beverly Hills, Timothee is eyeing property on the beach in Malibu.  Timothee usually hangs his hat at Kylie’s when he’s in LA, but feels it wouldn’t be such a bad idea if they had a second residence – especially if it’s right on the sand.  The market in the area is very competitive since the January fires destroyed many local homes, but Timothee isn’t giving up his dream of a beach home.  Although he prefers Malibu, he’s planning to expand his search from Orange County to Santa Barbara, which covers some of the best coastal  communities California offers.
