Bobby Brown looks like a typical suburban dad now, but we remember when he was a hot commodity. We met Bobby years ago at the after-party for the AMA show. That’s when he was riding high with New Edition, but Bobby was really funny, friendly and likeable. So we were not surprised when Whitney Houston fell hard for him. She was almost pathologically jealous of him- she would track him down at a party somewhere and show up and surprise him! (before cellphones) Once we remember him at a party, ducking into a back room looking guilty when word got out that Whitney was at the front door asking for him. He loved her, but he WAS mischievous. Anyway, we bet Bobby’s kids wouldn’t believe that their dad was once a casanova…

Bobby Brown was at the Leimert Park Village Book Fair this weekend signing copies of his sexy tell-all “Every Little Step.” The book is so packed with sexual encounters that the Daily News suggested it should have been titled “Every Little Schtup!” After a sexcapade in a recording studio bathroom, Bobby declared that Madonna was “too wild for me!” In addition to his own affairs, Bobby wrote a lot about his ex-wife Whitney Houston’s drug use and flings with men AND women. Besides books, Bobby was also selling his own BBQ sauce and seasoning at the fair. Who knew he could cook?

Poor little Bobbi Kristina never had a chance at a normal life. Her mother Whitney Houston loved her, but was so deep into drugs that she didn’t know how to be a parent. Bobbi grew up watching her parents get high and make fools of themselves. She traveled with her mother on tour and observed how adored the singer was by fans. The little girl never had a settled normal life. If only she had been sent away to a private school, she might have been fortified against her environment by an education. But no such luck. Kristina grew up yearning to be beautiful and famous like her mother, but she inherited her father’s average looks. It doesn’t look like Bobbi is going to survive this mysterious bathtub drowning and it’s a very sad story. She’s only 21.

Whitney Houston’s mother and family are NOT happy about Bobbi Kristina’s marriage to her “stepbrother” Nick Gordon and the fact that they grew up as brother and sister isn’t the only reason! According to the National Enquirer, Bobbi got married WITHOUT a pre-nup! Her mom Whitney left her 20 million dollar fortune to Krissi, and she will receive it in chunks — 2 million when she turns 21 in March, more when she turns 25, and the rest when she’s 30. Whitney didn’t leave her “adopted” son Nick anything. The family thinks THAT’S why he married Bobbi. What’s more, Krissi and Nick are in the habit of squandering loads of money on drugs and partying, so they might blow the entire fortune together.

Bobby Brown has always been wrongly blamed for introducing Whitney Houston to drugs and his denials have finally been validated. Whitney fans blamed Bobby for her drug-ravaged voice and declining career and eventual death. Finally, Whitney’s older brother Michael has confessed that HE was actually the one who introduced Whitney to drugs and eventually crack cocaine, in the 80’s and she took to it like a duck to water. When Bobby came along, Whitney was delighted to find someone willing to join her in partying with drugs so they had a lot in common. But Whitney was no innocent child before she met Bobby – she was an experienced drug abuser. And it’s about time Bobby was cleared of those accusations.

The late Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina is back in the news today because she was involved in a car crash in Georgia, as reported by TMZ. Bobbi, 19, and her adopted brother-turned-boyfriend Nick Gordon were heard arguing and they smashed up their car but managed to drive it back to their apartment. When they had a loud argument neighbors called the cops and police noticed the smashed car, but no one answered the door. Too bad Bobbi’s Lifetime reality show “The Houstons: On Our Own” has already finished filming, so this episode won’t be included. The show features Whitney’s siblings and in-laws, but we cannot figure out WHAT could be interesting about Whitney’s surviving relatives. Bobbi seems to be the only one with train wreck potential. This car crash might lure more people to tune in on October 24.

Bobbi absolutely hopes for an acting career and she plans to start it off – not with acting classes- but with plastic surgery. Unfortunately, Bobbi inherited more of her father’s looks that those of her beautiful mother. She and her father both have gaps in their teeth and Bobbi plans to have hers corrected. Karrine said Bobby always felt bad because he was accused of introducing Whitney to drugs, but she was already using them. (Bobby, we DO believe you!) Karrine also hinted that Whitney’s alleged last boyfriend, Ray J, might have been a negative influence on Whitney. She said one night she got a call from Ray J and he asked if Bobby was there. She answered yes, and Ray J smirked “Tell him I slept with both of his chicks – you, and now his wife!”
