KANYE WEST HAS BAD NEWS FOR KIM KARDASHIAN

Kayne West wants his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian to SHOW HIM THE MONEY! Kayne was by far the wealthier one when he and Kim first got married, but through the course of their marriage HER net worth increased while HIS plummeted (thanks in part to his anti-Semitic outbursts.) According to my source, Kayne, while not hurting for cash, is now far poorer than Kim. He feels HE’S responsible for much of her success, and wants their divorce settlement revised – so that SHE pays him! It could turn into a legal mess, since Kim has already heard through the grapevine that Kayne is thinking of suing her!

BARBIE AND TAYLOR SWIFT ARE BREAKING RECORDS RIGHT AND LEFT

The summer of 2023 has revealed the power of women. Females are dominating the movie world AND the music world. Greta Gerwig’s Barbie had the biggest opening weekend of all time for a film that was not a sequal. The third weekend is expected to bring in a worldwide total of a billion dollars! At the same time, Taylor Swift concerts and albums are smashing records. She’s the first living artist in 60 years to chart 4 albums in the top 10 at once on the Billboard chart. In ONE day she sold over two million tour tickets and held the top 10 spots on the Billboard Hot 100 chart for her Midnights album. Keep in mind, Beyonce’s tour is also raking in the bucks. It’s high time the power of women both as performers and consumers is recognized…

THE BEST THING ABOUT BARBIE

Warner Bros publicity department must be dominated by women because they did ALL the right things when it came to promoting Barbie. The film has broken all records with one of the biggest weekends in history! So what if they misled the SAG/AFTRA union (see https://janetcharltonshollywood.com/?s=fran+drescher) – it was WORTH it! The best thing about Barbie is not only did it celebrate the importance of women, but it was directed by the extremely likable FEMALE Greta Gerwig. Barbie is the TOP opening film of 2023 and has NOTHING to do with male superheroes! Right now we’re thinking that more than a few of those male CEO’s at Warner Bros should be replaced by females…

Chicago Pamela Anderson Success

PAMELA ANDERSON IS A BROADWAY STAR

Happy to see that Pamela Anderson was a smashing success on her opening night as Roxie Hart in the musical Chicago on Broadway. What Pam has in common with the character Roxie is that they were both tabloid favorites and quite accustomed to flashbulbs. (Set in the 1920’s, glamour doll Roxie murdered her lover and pled self defense in court) Everybody wondered if Pam could pull off the singing and dancing required, and she DID! Reviewers agreed that she was not only funny, but can carry a tune, and had some hot dance moves. Her fans in the audience clapped and cheered through the whole show, giving gave her a standing ovation. Her love life might be disappointing, but Pamela’s career is looking goooood. Above, she was mobbed by fans when she exited the stage door after the show.

BTS Dynamite Korean Boy Band

KOREAN BOY BAND BTS JUST BROKE ALL YOUTUBE RECORDS

As if the Korean boy band BTS weren’t popular enough, they just released the music video for their FIRST all English single called Dynamite and set a NEW RECORD, cultivating 102 million views in the first day, according to YouTube. That makes Dynamite the first YouTube song EVER to get over 200 million views within the first 24 hours. It also became the fastest song ever to reach number one in 100 countries! These lucky boys are now working on their new album and we bet they are all taking crash courses in English.

We’re guessing Marc Anthony is SO OVER hearing about his estranged wife Jennifer Lopez’s multitude of accomplishments since they split up. After they broke up Jennifer went on to appear on American Idol for big bucks, she was named People magazine’s Most Beautiful Woman, had two hit records, and Forbes dubbed her the Most Powerful Celebrity. We love the Wendy Williams show and are not in the least surprised that she’s renewed through 2012. Talk show hosts rarely admit that they love celebrity gossip but Wendy can’t get enough of it, and we think that’s the secret to her success. Wendy and her husband (and manager?) Kevin Hunter have been the subject of gossip themselves- an employee accused Kevin of sexual harassment in 2008. Obviously, their marriage survived the drama and they look happy together in New York.
