Christine was hoping to get approximately $161,000 per month out of Kevin, but the judge wound up giving her around $63,000 per month instead. Although that’s far from chump change, Christine feels it won’t be enough to keep her in the posh lifestyle she’s accustomed to. Days after the judge’s ruling, Christine shared her real estate plans with a friend. She’s signing up for online classes and hopes to pass the state licensing exam by the end of the year. She wants to focus her efforts in the Santa Barbara area, and feels her celebrity connections will drive her business.

Book Britney Spears Divorce The Woman in Me

BRITNEY’S BOOK DUE FOR A REWRITE – THANKS TO DIVORCE

STOP THE PRESSES – literally! We’re not sure HOW she managed to put this together, but Britney Spears’ much hyped autobiography, The Woman in Me, was SET to be released October 24. Of course, her sudden split from estranged husband Sam Asghari has thrown a major monkey wrench into that plan. According to a publishing insider, Britney devotes more than a few pages of her tell-all to singing Sam’s praises and those chapters will have to be rewritten to reflect the current state of their marriage. Our insider who has SEEN the manuscript reveals that the lovey-dovey parts about Sam read like fiction now, so those chapters of the book are being updated -this might delay the announced October release date.

Madonna has just rescheduled her worldwide tour and she wants to bring Britney Spears along for the ride! The women both made headlines recently: Madonna had an infection which landed her in the ICU and forced her to postpone her tour, and Britney because her husband Sam Asghari just surprised everyone by filing for divorce! The two singers have been close for years and Madonna was one of the few celebrity guests at Britney’s wedding to Sam last year. An insider says that Madonna wants to cheer Britney up and thinks she would be the PERFECT surprise guest for her concerts where they’ll reenact their infamous KISS from the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards. Sounds like a fun way for Britney to forget her troubles…

Tori has been hustling for money ever since she went from daddy’s little girl to all but left out of Aaron Spelling’s will, and she’s been known for these types of stunts. Dean’s unexpected social media post announcing the split raised more than a few eyebrows in their social circle, and the consensus seems to be the entire thing is a money grabbing ploy. The source goes so far as to predict that even if they DO divorce, Tori and Dean will suddenly reconcile to keep their storyline relevant and generate income.

WHAT DID BRAD PITT LEARN FROM JOHNNY DEPP?

We’ve always been Team Brad when discussing the Angelina Jolie-Brad Pitt divorce. As of now, they are both legally single, but not yet divorced- in fact, the divorce has gone on 3 times as long as their two year marriage! It may never end. They keep dragging each other into court for one thing or another- custody of the fast-growing kids, the French winery etc. Angelina is constantly -and deliberately- photographed on outings with each child, appearing to be a devoted mother, as she insists that Brad abused her and his children. We were startled to learn that Brad has the SAME powerful PR team used by Johnny Depp to save HIS reputation. Granted, we appreciate that Brad has never said a negative word about Angelina, but he might have something to hide if he hired those PR people…

KENAN THOMPSON: NO HARD FEELINGS – REALLY?

Nice to hear that there are civilized divorces happening these days – even in Hollywood. SNL’s Kenan Thompson is a prime example. He and his wife Christina Evangeline actually separated a few years ago, and finally filed for divorce in April- without malice. After 14 years together they just “grew apart” and remain on good terms- they co-parent and spend holidays together with their two daughters. Kenan REALLY proved his good intentions when his estranged wife started dating his SNL costar Chris Redd. (Chris also just costarred with Thompson on his ill-fated series Kenan for 2 seasons!) It’s hard to imagine a man not being disturbed by his wife dating his good friend, but so far Kenan is living up to his nice-guy image…
