LOU FERRIGNO STILL WANTS TO WORK FOR DONALD TRUMP

Bodybuilder and Incredible Hulk star Lou Ferrigno had such a good time doing Celebrity Apprentice (photo above, season 5) that he wouldn’t mind a White House assignment. He’s convinced that Donald Trump is basically a very decent fellow. Lou has offered his services to Trump as head of the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports, and Nutrition. Lou says he’d even do the job for FREE because he wants it so badly. Ironically, Ferrigno’s arch-rival Arnold Schwarzenegger HAD that job when George W Bush was in office. Since Trump and Arnold are definitely on the outs, Lou’s wish might come true.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Celebrity Apprentice Donald Trump Feud!

THE TRUMP/ARNOLD FEUD IS BOUND TO BE MORE SENSATIONAL THAN THE BETTE/JOAN FEUD!

We are tickled pink by the mounting feud between two Republicans: Donald Trump and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Arnold has been a die-hard Reagan Republican since he moved to LA and became a huge fan of the California governor. Last year, for the first time ever, Arnold could not support his party’s presidential candidate and tried to say so diplomatically – he advised voters to consider what’s best for their country instead of their party. Trump never forgets a slight and was delighted to pounce on Arnold when opening night ratings for Celebrity Apprentice (which Trump formerly hosted and still produces) were only so-so. Trump denounced Arnold and called himself a “ratings machine.” When Arnold announced Friday that he was not returning to host the show, Donald was thrilled and tweeted that he didn’t quit – “He was TERMINATED over pathetic ratings!” Arnold’s tweeted reply: ”You should think about hiring a new joke writer and fact checker!” He feels viewers shunned the show because of Trump’s connection. All we know is – this feud is going to get BETTER and BETTER- just watch and see!

ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER HAS A BAD CASE OF TRUMP ENVY

Celebrity Apprentice has started filming in LA and the new Donald, Arnold Schwarzenegger, is observing the new crop of contestants. This week they filmed on Hermosa Beach where Brooke Burke and Boy George (of all people) were involved in a fitness event. We’re pretty sure that Arnold is VERY jealous of Donald Trump right now because Arnold always wanted to run for President and Trump is doing well. Because he was born in Austria, Arnold is not eligible, but Trump’s success has probably convinced Arnold he MIGHT have been elected!

ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER: ACTION HERO TO MONEY MOGUL ON “CELEBRITY APPRENTICE”

Arnold Schwarzenegger was totally delighted when he was asked to fill Donald Trump’s mogul shoes as host of Celebrity Apprentice. As you can see here he is dressed up in his best suit and ready to start disciplining season 8’s collection of “celebrities.” Many of the faces are not familiar, but we DO recognize Boy George, Snooki, Jon Lovitz, and Kyle Richards in the crowd. The NBC series will be filmed in Los Angeles this time around, with an emphasis on technology. NBC has not announced a premier date yet, but we WILL miss seeing Ivanka Trump on the show.

WHY ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER IS THE PERFECT CHOICE TO HOST CELEBRITY APPRENTICE

Donald Trump figured it would be IMPOSSIBLE to fill his shoes when he left his successful TV series to run for President. He was WRONG! SOMEBODY brilliant came up with the idea of hiring Arnold Schwarzenegger to host Celebrity Apprentice and he couldn’t be more perfect. Arnold is a successful businessman and politician. (and movie star!) He’s a stern taskmaster when it comes to doing a job RIGHT. And he’s an immigrant from Austria. Unlike Trump, Arnold doesn’t judge a woman only by her looks, or a man simply by how much money he has. Arnold likes to have FUN and we’re betting the show will be more entertaining than ever! (We wonder if Patrick Schwarzenegger will also be on the show) We can hardly wait to hear what Donald has to say about Arnold replacing him. Hmmm…

Celebrity Apprentice Leeza Gibbons Winner

LEEZA GIBBONS WON CELEBRITY APPRENTICE THE OLD FASHIONED WAY

We just have to congratulate Leeza Gibbons on winning Celebrity Apprentice without ever giving in to petty feuds, insulting comments, or ego driven tantrums. She is a credit to the female sex. (Ironically, she and the other finalist, Geraldo, had competing talk shows back in the 90’s) Granted, all the histrionics between competing apprentices make for entertaining TV, and they are undoubtedly encouraged to act up and be snarky about each other. Along with the trumped up drama, there are a lot of character revealing moments and Leeza managed to make NO enemies. She just focused on the task at hand and got every job done. She proved her intelligence and regard for others – if only there were more CEOs like her.

Celebrity Apprentice Geraldo Rivera Leeza Gibbons

LEEZA GIBBONS IS A WINNER NO MATTER WHAT

We were NOT surprised to see that the two finalists competing to win Celebrity Apprentice are Geraldo Rivera and Leeza Gibbons. Both had successful daytime talk shows in the 90’s and we appeared on both shows multiple times, gossiping. While Geraldo is a great guy, he can’t hold a candle to Leeza, simply because he is a man. Geraldo is clever but he bullied his way to the finals and egotistically clashed with other contestants. With no histrionics, Leeza simply used her brain and organization skills, along with her inherent kindness and regard for others. She never embarrassed herself or anyone else. No petty feuds. Here’s hoping Leeza and her Alzheimer’s charity triumph!

KATE GOSSELIN AND HER CELEBRITY APPRENTICE BODYGUARD

This year’s Celebrity Apprentice is already shaping up to be entertaining. Beverly Hills Housewife Brandi Glanville has been accused of indulging in xanax and alcohol to get her in the mood for challenges. And reality star Kate Gosselin surprised everyone when she was the only “celebrity” to show up with a bodyguard who never leaves her side! According to In Touch magazine, they are also sharing a hotel room and suspicions about their relationship have been confirmed. Really, why would SHE need a bodyguard – and how could she afford it?

Arsenio Hall Bankrupt Celebrity Apprentice Talk Show

WHAT DONALD TRUMP DID FOR ARSENIO HALL

Winning Celebrity Apprentice in 2012 changed Arsenio Hall’s life more than any previous winner’s. From ’89 to ’94 Arsenio’s talk show was hot and he was riding high. He was actually very funny and enthusiastic – the fact that he seems a little gay sometimes makes him even more interesting and colorful. After the show went off the air, Arsenio scrambled for small movie roles, TV guest spots, and voice-overs. In 2008, the recession hit him hard – he declared bankruptcy, claiming only $765 in assets. When Celebrity Apprentice came along, the drought was OVER, thanks to Donald Trump. His show debuts September 9 on CBS. (Above, Arsenio and Liz Taylor on his original show, below, Arsenio today.)

Celebrity Apprentice Fake! Feud! LaToya Jackson Omarosa

OMAROSA VS LATOYA JACKSON: WE SMELL A FAKE FEUD

We’re inclined to think this LaToya Jackson/Omarosa feud that erupted Sunday night on Celebrity Apprentice is actually a plot hatched by two people who love publicity. Omarosa was obnoxious and she cried and never shut up, and LaToya implied that she was so nasty that she caused her fiancé Michael Clarke Duncan to have that fatal heart attack. Omarosa was her usual awful TV self and the usually soft-spoken LaToya was feisty and out of character on the show. Now Omarosa is threatening to sue LaToya for her insults. Looks like a big scheme to drum up ratings and attention for the two women.
