Stepping back from her Today gig wouldn’t surprise me in the least.
As far as the kidnapping itself, I now believe that the plan to kidnap and collect a ransom went belly up in the first few days of the abduction. It’s the only thing that now makes sense. Perhaps someday Nancy’s remains will turn up. And unless someone spills the beans, the perps will never be found.
