ROB REINER’S MURDER HOUSE IS FOR SALE

According to one of our well placed real estate sources, the Brentwood, California home where Rob and Michele Reiner were murdered, allegedly by their troubled son Nick, is going to be sold in the near future.  The 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom home is located in one of the most desirable areas of Los Angeles (especially among celebrities) and the remaining heirs have already expressed interest in selling the estate just as soon as legally possible.  Since it was the scene of a horrific crime, there’s some red tape to untangle before the home can be listed, but my source says a top local realtor has been tapped to handle the sale as quickly as he can.

Sell it before it becomes a morbid tourist attraction.

I’ve been in two bereavement groups–one after my mom passed and another after my late partner of a decade passed–run by trained grief counselors. The advice that’s given to those grieving a loved one is to not make any changes for a minimum of one year. Don’t move. Don’t give away a loved one’s clothes. Don’t remarry and don’t even date. This is because the survivor is still numb and not “all there” when it comes to making these kinds of both big and small changes. I **do** feel the house should be sold, but not this quickly. Also, if Nick Reiner does go to trial, the physical evidence of the murder is in that house and needs to be perserved.

It’s going to need sage, and a gallon of holy water.

That house needs to be bulldozed and a park or memorial placed there.

Nobody will live in a house of horrors.

Can’t say I blame them to get rid of it, too many painful memories
