Rihanna celebrated her 38th birthday with a sorta surprise party at her favorite restaurant, Giorgio Baldi, in Santa Monica, California on Friday February 20.  Her baby daddy ASAP Rocky arranged the entire thing, from the decor (flowers, candles and purple crystals) to the dinner of all of her favorite dishes-  including truffle pasta.  Rihanna is SUCH a fan of the restaurant that she is begging the owners to let her invest (she’s a billionaire after all) and open up locations across the globe –  including New York, Las Vegas, Miami, Dubai, London,  and even her birthplace of Barbados.  Behind very closed doors,  the negotiations of merging the family owned business with Rihanna’s empire continue.
