REQUEST DENIED
The Sports Club LA in Beverly Hills was abuzz last week with the rumor that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie had requested that the club shut down for a few hours so they could work out and not be bothered. Supposedly the club was flattered by the request, but turned them down! Members of the busy club were impressed that Brad and Angelina’s considerable star power wasn’t enough to get paying members locked out of the gym. We can’t help but wonder if the club management deliberately leaked the story just to make themselves look good!

there’s a lot of powerful people who work out at the SCLA…and they pay $130 a month (at least!) to do it. the membership would be in uproar if they were locked out of the gym, and that’s totally not worth it for the gym.

Not buying this story. Angelina has said in interviews she hates working out and especially hates to work out in gyms. She’d rather be outside.
