PARIS HILTON’S CELEBRITY FRIENDS WEREN’T AVAILABLE
Paris Hilton made news for launching her own skin care line, Parivie, for Walmart, and we aren’t the only one who isn’t sure what makes Paris (who is know for her pancake makeup) an authority on skincare. Nonetheless, Paris leaned into her celebrity status to launch the line, but wasn’t able to persuade any of her fellow celebrity pals to help market it by appearing in any ads. We heard that Paris tried to get ANY of her pals to appear in a planned campaign featuring celebs, but could NOT persuade anyone famous enough to do it, so the idea was scrapped.

She is so yesterday, just live your life. No one is interested

I’ve never heard of the word, Parivie, so I asked google for a translation. The top result was Pariah, which kind of fits with this story.

Her timing is off by at least 10-15 years when she was an “it” girl. The entire market concept is exhausted with all of the people from the celebrity side, branding themselves as beauty and lifestyle, experts. Her brand is basically just a marketing campaign featuring products from Guthy-Renker, the company behind JLo Beauty and Cindy Crawford’s Meaningful Beauty. Coming to a close out Five Below or TJ Max very soon I bet.
I’m thinking QVC passed and WalMart decided to take the plunge. Either way all she’s doing is licensing her image and trademarks and raping financial gain from it so it’s a win-win for her even if it’s not very successful.

I bet Paris has never step foot in a Walmart.
Maybe she could release another “promotional film” on the internet to spur interest.
