Spinoffs are nothing new to Hollywood, so it shouldn’t come as a huge surprise that The White Lotus might be getting one of its own. Each season the show introduces new characters vacationing at a different White Lotus resort and while creator Mike White plans to continue with that successful concept, he feels he’s created so many great characters that it might be a good idea to spin them off with their own show. Keep in mind – nothing has been decided yet, but our inside source ( who had some very accurate White Lotus scoops) is now telling us that Mike is toying with the idea of creating a show based on last season’s characters, the Ratliff family. If Mike can get Patrick Schwarzenegger, Parker Posey, Jason Isaacs, Sarah Catherine Hook, and Sam Nivola to return to their original roles as family members, the show will likely be pitched ( and sold) to HBO MAX.

Each family member was so different at the end of their White Lotus vacation (except the mom). It will be interesting to see how the family navigates losing all their money. Only the youngest son seemed to be able to survive. The eldest son was starting to open up his mind and the sister whose Mind seemingly was the most open – admitted she couldn’t live without the extreme comforts she was raised on.
