Here’s a strange premise for a 2 hour TV special: (but it DID arouse our curiosity) On Friday ABC’s 20-20 is presenting “Tragic Beauty” in recognition of the death of Anna Nicole Smith on February 8, 2007, at the age of 39. She died 14 years ago and now the child she had who never knew her, fourteen year old Dannielynn Birkhead, is learning about her mother’s life. Dannielynn’s father Larry Birkhead takes her to Anna’s childhood home in Texas and places her mother frequented. They talk to Anna’s friends and dig through stored memorabilia of Anna’s. The most interesting part seems to be that Dannielynn is growing up and starting to resemble her mother.
