Who better can represent the women of Hollywood than three generations of successful actresses in one family? It all started with Tippi Hedren, 85, who was discovered by Alfred Hitchcock in the early 60’s to star in “The Birds.” Her daughter Melanie Griffith, 58, grew up and starred in two of our favorite movies – “Something Wild” and “Working Girl” – among many others. Not long ago, Melanie’s daughter with Don Johnson, Dakota Johnson, 26, burst into stardom with “Fifty Shades of Grey.” The family turned up at the Elle Women of Hollywood Awards to watch Dakota receive the “emerging star” award. Above, right, Dakota’s little sister Stella Banderas, 19, looks like she might follow in their footsteps.

  1. Sad when the mother looks better than the daughter. Im talking Melanie and Tippi, u know….

  2. Lovely ladies, and very fortunate. They can order one meal, any restaurant. Saves money for shopping.
