Marisa Tomei is extremely popular these days- especially in her fancy eleven unit West Hollywood condominium building. The HOA is FIERCELY divided as they are about to approve a major renovation for the building. Older residents (five units) of the building want to refurbish the charm and character of the building, but the other half (newer owners) want to update everything and spare no expense. They are equally divided and the decision will rest with Marisa, because she’s the ONLY one who has not committed one way or the other. Pressure! Neighbors are trying to woo her over to their respective sides with baked goodies, flowers, and flattering notes.

She is supposedly a major player in the Cosa Nostra.
Why can’t they modernize the structural underpinnings, electricity, and plumbing etc. and keep the charm and character of the building? It’s doable and there are architects and builders who specialize in just this.
